My 1858 NMA revolvers from Pietta performed flawlessly... it was the nipple/cap combination that ran afoul.
Well, after giving up on CCI #10 and being out of Rem #10, I switched back over to CCI #11 and pinched them just a bit.
Well, after I started doing that, 100% reliability and ZERO cap issues after that.
Damn nipples... (TRESO, but, they work perfectly for preventing cap-trashing to gum up the action)
