I've been making nitrated paper cartridges for my old army and 1858 after watching Mark Hubbs' excellent video on YouTube for nitrating paper. I use triple 7 as my powder. I made a snap shot of Hodgdon's safety data sheet which basically lists the Triple 7 ingredients as below. My question to forum members is if the nitrated paper would somehow contaminate or deteriorate Triple 7 if the cartridges are stored over time based on any of the listed ingredients?

Only problem I foresee would be how you store them. Triple 777 is usually stored in an airtight container with either an oxygen absorber or silica gel pack. I think it's a silica gel pack. So moisture is going to be your biggest enemy.
