Suggestions on a non lead 50 cal ball? one of my hunt areas has been made non lead ammo only.
 
Bismuth. There is a learning curve to casting bismuth but it's not hard to do. Use same equipment as you would for casting lead. RotoMetals sells bismuth. BPI sells premade ITX lead free round balls. I have not used ITX balls but others have and say it works well enough.

edit- BPI stands for Ballistic Products Inc.
 
ITX worked for me. But I needed a slightly thinner patch. At 50 yards, the ITX cloverleafed right in there with the lead holes.
