Made by the Northstar West company that went out of business a few years back. Known for their high quality kits. These kit costs were pretty well over 1k. However this is a fully made piece that was defarbed and never shot. Taken to the 245th Brandywine reenactment to be used as an officer Fusil and nothing else since. However, additional work was done by FlinterNick to better the lock functions and defarb the piece. A proper walnut stain was added with correct military markings. Additional fittings were added to make the piece more accurate to the time. This is a 62 caliber piece and there are bayonets floating around out there that would fit it. Additionally, and this isn’t certified, but it’s rumored the serial numbers match to the pieces produced by Northstar west during the timeframe of producing props to be used in last of the Mohicans- which would also explain why this is a pretty light piece and never actually seemingly used. But is sturdy as anything and can stand up to hard use in the field or at the range!

Asking $2,000 shipping included. PayPal, cashiers check, or personal check preferred. Pm with questions, thanks!
