This is a NOS display model Pedersoli 20 ga Howdah pistol. Unfired, obviously, and few signs of handling. Has box, but no paperwork. I will never understand gunshops. It is in mint condition with perfect bores. $675 Shipped

This is a deal! Asking price is about what DGW wants for the uncheckered kit. I’d have a check in the mail but i’m saving myself for the twin-fifty version.

Think Michael Souglas in “The Ghost and the Darkness.” That’ll get your motor runnin’!

I've passed up a few of these over the years and actually bought two of them through Cabela's and sent them back because they looked like factory seconds, but I'm going out on a limb here and will say "I'LL TAKE IT". PM sent for details.

Replied. Thanks.

These pistols were called “Howdahs” because like proper British gents, the guys riding on elephants would go “Well hello kind sir! Howdah you do?” to the tiger before blasting it in the face with a charge of buckshot when it pounced.
in the face, it has to hurt!?

You never know when you might need...

WOW, WOW!! all ii can say is that is the most intense film in real time that I have ever seen, I am still trying to process what I saw, very graphic!!! that cat was traveling at UBER SPEED!!! now you don't see him then too late you do!!! thanks for the post of it.

is the guy holding what is left of his forearm? it looks like a bloody stump?

All of a sudden that Howdah pistol looks awful small… i don’t think that elephant was tall enough!

don

“Honey, i still want the .50 caliber version. Could you make it a center fire?”
