Somewhat...but warm, dry and comfortable none the less for an Alberta winter. :)

The boots are a moccasin compromise. Mukluks. I don't like cold wet feet. The new bag is big but actually quite light to pack around. I just have the basics in it; lead, ball starter, patches, tin of caps, nipple pick, wrench.

My Muks were made by a neighbouring native lady from smoke tanned moose hide. She made them larger allowing for the use of a felt liner. Works well in our winters, unless it is really cold (-40 ish). No bead work just plain knee high Muks.
