Howdy,

Just picked up a Gun and Mould shop "Ranger" mUsket, which is the old NSW officers fusil. Nice fast lock but I am a hittin frenchie in the groin at 25yards with a sternum level aim. This is with a .648 ball .015 patch and 70gr FF.

Any pet loads for these and anyone know where I can fins a bayonet?

Gracias

At 25 yards increased velocity may not raise it much.
I have a hard time with out a rear sight and often shoot low. You need see lots of barrel as you sight, almost as if your covering where your aim is
Boys get killer groups with front sight only, I never could
Practice practice practice, ( oh darn, but it’s the cross we must bare to shoot)
