ODNR has proposed some significant changes for the 2014-2015 deer season, but what is noteworthy for us muzzleloaders, at least in my opinion, is the change of the late muzzleloading season to Saturday, January 2, 2015 through Monday, January 5, 2015 shifting the dates from the Saturday to Tuesday routine used in the past.
Bag limits have also been reduced for many counties, and the early October muzzloading season looks like it will be approved again this year.
