There are patterns out there, https://www.wmboothdraper.com/Patterns/mens_patterns.htm <----- Scroll down the page when you get there, they are about mid way down.
You might do better finding the wool in orange and having it made OR sew it your self.
If you can't find the orange wool, find white and dye it yourself.
You didn't give much information ie does it need to be hand sewn? If not, they are not super difficult looking, I bet someone local would knock one up for you with your pattern and cloth.
If you want HC, you could A) do it your self B) see if one of the shops that do the sewing inhouse would use your cloth, check with Townsend see if their maker would. . . .

Thanks for the offer but that would probably hit me between the knees and ankles! Probably need a medium (due to everything rearranging at about belt level)

What material is that made of? Is it lined and/or reversable?

It is wool. It is not lined or reversible which was my choice, as I have a heavier wool weskit is brown. I'm sure ( based on other items he's advertised) he can make it to the buyer's specifications.
