Got Columbia Basin buck but not doe.
Just got back from the Heppner area and boy is it GREEN out there this year.
Saw lots of does with fawns, some twins.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like quail or pheasant pulled off the first hatch. Didn't see a single brood. Did see pheasant and quail apparently pairing up for another go at it, so hoping the second attempt is a good one.
