Finaly got around to making paper cartridges for my 58 NWTG ,I used to shoot paper cartridges in my Bess very well.Cant wait to try these out,Tight fit with a thumb start

Ought to work fine...knew a guy who hunted moose and bear with an original Brown Bess using military style paper cartridges. Make'em ball and shot then go crazy!

It really is a fun, fun way to shoot. There is nothing cooler than going to the range with a full cartridge box. After ten rounds or so the barrel on my Pedersoli Bess gets pretty hot, so I try to space the shots out a little

Paper cartridges transitioned and evolved into the modern brass cartridge....The number of variants is astonishing...paper still survives today....
