saw the sticky post so I thought about how I will do it using newspaper, see pics, found a bolt that fits my bore, .625, after making it, let set over night for glue to dry, load with 1 oz #8, fold over top and glue, will cut the top off before ramming down

That’s how I do it three wraps of newspaper glue ,I leave my paper longer and fold it over and glue .Then when I go to use them just pull on fold and put in muzzle and tare off and drop er down .
 
I prefer Elmer's "General Purpose" glue stick over "School Glue" because it applies more smoothly and dries faster (15 - 20 minutes is long enough); also the Gorilla brand glue stick, for the same reasons.
