Hi All,
I'm almost ready to bed my 58 PH Enfield. Need some specific advice. I know the nipple Bolster should be releved off lock plate, or just touching it. Qustion is: Should bolter be solidly bedded and touching the wood underneath bolster? As of now there is no contact, perhaps its supposed to be that way. When I bed it should i keep that space? Perhaps its too much stress on a narrow piece of wood.?
