Mazo: not sure of your question. I had a .36 cal Navy Arms Paterson I bought years ago to use as a pattern. I built these years ago, so don't know what parts one can get. I saw a 'Baby' in the Smithsonian long ago and was rather surprised at its relative bulk. I was lucky enough to find the cylinder-.28 cal-long ago at Dixie. The cylinder is roll engraved. Every other part is scratch made. It was then just a matter of scaling everything to work.

I think mazo kid was assking if it was a kit gun of some kind ?? ( thats why I put up great job on the frame's,seeing a box full of baby one's at the Texas Ranger Museum before they pulled the guns out I didnt know they made one smaller than a pack of cig's!) Fred :hatsoff:

A box full of Baby Pat's...... Be still mi Corozon! I can't even imagine the value. When you say 'smaller than a pack of cigs... would it, or them, have been a miniature? I think, technically, mine would be an 'Ehlers model'. I don't know if Colt ever made the Baby with the loading lever.
