Well I posted a while back that my new Tryon had a cracked hammer,I am pretty sure it was caused by the rough handling by UPS.So I proceeded to E-Mail Gloria at Pedesoli customer relations this was on the 7 of September.I was like most of you thinking I will never hear from them, let alone see the parts in my life time!Today is SUNDAY guess what just showed up(by special deliver)my new hammer and screw. No charge.I am a Happy Hound!By the way Lee Shaver Gunsmithing is the warrany repair station for Pedersoli USA.Phone number 417-682-3330,the address is as follows PO box 570,La Mar, Missouri,64759.You have to call first before you send anything for warrany repair, make sure you save your receipt.I hope this has helped...Respectfully Montanadan

I had a problem with a cracked frizzen on a Kentucky pistol which was quickly accepted back by Cherry's Fine Guns and returned to Pedersoli. They asked a few simple and reasonable questions which I answered. They then sent me a replacement.

No problem. Quite a good recovery from a minor rough spot.
