Pedersoli Brown Bess .75 Cal Flintlock Musket. Used, in great condition, 42" barrel, bore is bright and lock sparks very well. Trigger pull is actually nicer than my newer pedersoli guns, and front sight/bayonet lug is well centered. Stock profile is thinner than others I've handled and thinning the forend down is one of the main things people do to make the replicas more authentic. As a result it only weighs a handy 8lbs 8oz. Fit and finish is quite nice, none of the big inletting gaps you find on some of the current Bess's. The brass mountings have a natural tarnished appearance and the barrel has been brought to a nice grey that doesn't rust as soon as you touch it like some bright guns do.
