Anyone here know if the Pedersoli double percussion shotgun barrels will fit on a Pedersoli double rifle stock?
I found a person selling a 12 gauge barrel set with no stock and sure would like to have a 12 gauge set to fit on my Pedersoli double rifle stock.
Problem is that the barrels are several states away and too far to drive just to see if they will fit or not.

There is some interchangeability between at least some Pedersoli models. The 20 gauge double percussion and the Howdah percussion models allow swapping of barrels for example. You may want to contact the gunsmith that does or at least used to do Pedersoli warranty work in the US, Lee Shaver. He has been a good guy to deal with and should be able to answer your question.

I meant look up your rifle stock part number. Then look up a shotgun stock part number. I maybe way off but was trying to help.
I very much appreciate that Brit. I am trying to get the guy to do some measuring (length, width, position of nipple, location of wedge key, etc...
I guess I could just pony up and buy a complete shotgun but can't really justify the expense for something that would only get used a few times in the next decade. My bird hunting place will not allow muzzleloaders in dry fields. He had a very bad experience a few years ago. Won't allow smoking on the property either. It can get really dry here in Texas.

I was surprised (but very pleased) to see that demonstrated by Hickok.

It's a shame the same isn't true of the barrels you were looking at, Griz.
