I made the attached loading stand for my flintlock out of some scrap wood; left over carpet tile and a few wood screws.
Building it to fit your gun is the most important thing. I clamp it down to the shooting table with a simple "C" clamp. I left an extra notch in the front to help load my rifle. :m2c:
