I bought this rifle new about 3-4 years ago. I shot it about 20 times, cleaned it and then life has really gotten in the way of my pursuit of hunting whitetails. While I still have an interest in muzzleloading, flintlocks have moved to front and center. Does this sound familiar? Hey his gun is like new. It comes with a ton of extras. I mounted a Pedersoli tang sight. 180+ rounds of Hornady Great Plains bullets, steel range rod, bullet starter,powder measure, plastic pre load containers.

Good point! This gun has all that you would ever need. Solidly built, finish is flawless, shoots anything you stuff in it. Round balls, lead casts, modern powerbelt type,. Can you say,” a country boy will survive “?

I was like that years ago, hardcore percussion cap shooter.
I got hooked on rock locks and sold all my cap rifles.

I have no regrets EXCEPT a rare CVA .58 caliber mountain rifle I sold, the two wedge type. Pretty rare in that caliber from what I've seen.
That's the one I miss, the rest.......ahh.
