Person to bore barrel?

A while back i posted an inqirey about boring a .50 cal Pedersoli Frontier rifle out to a .54 cal/ .28 ga smoothbore. My friend that i sold the rifle to wants to go ahead and have it done.Someone gave me the contact info for a person in Wash. that does that kind of work, but i can't find his name and e-mail now. I had contacted him and he said he could do it for $65. Do any of you know who this guy is? Thanks for any info.

Does anybody know who the gunsmith in Wash. State is that does the barrel boring? I think it was Frank something. Thanks.
