Not a swivel gun. No evidence of mounting.

The other firearms are my ww2 snipers which are my other big interest outside of flintlocks.

Not sure. I think it will fire but the lock is quite delicate.

Take a lot of pictures of every part of the gun, outside with plenty of light and they guys here will be able to tell you more about it.

To emphasize @Eric Krewson's request for pictures, the pictures should include a good close up of the lock and any stampings on the barrel that would indicate a maker or inspection of proof.
