I have never recovered a ball from a deer I killed with a ML. Consider that hunk of lead to be a nice souvenir. Maybe even make a little neck pouch for it and carry it as a good luck charm. Or incorporate it into you hunting pouch.

Nice job on the deer. Looks like the ball I recovered and thinking about incorporating into my bag as well.
