Picture Request!

Hey all, maybe a bit of an odd request but those of you with smoothbore fowling pieces, would you be able to post a picture of your ram rod or at least the end of it? Trying to figure out what is historically accurate or at least what is the most useful for this style of muzzleloader.

I found a pic of the tip of my rod still in the gun. I made the tip out of a piece of antler.

Is it wider at the end? I would think overshot cards would want to flip without an approximately bore sized end on the rod.

My smooth bore experience is with antique side by sides. I have always used wooden ramrods with the end swelling to just under bore size. My 1 1/2 cents worth. Polecat

Two original and couple of my builds . I really like a tapered ramrod , good for loading. Tapered from 1/2" down to 5/16"
