I was impressed the fit and finish was beautiful, as I have read on this forum that some folks feel the Pietta was not as well finished as the Uberti. I have to say this one is every bit as finished as my Uberti.
I own one of each, and you’re right about the fit and finish. However, if you’re loading conicals, the Pietta plunger (made for roundballs) needs to be replaced, and an Uberti plunger is just right. It’s an easy swap, and won’t mash the noses.

so that specific part is interchangeable, with no fitting required?
