Pietta Dance and Brothers revolver

As some of you know, I fell and severely broke my shoulder this winter. So, after major reconstructive surgery and three months of physical therapy, I'm finally able to start shooting again.

I started my shooting come back with a Pietta replica of a Dance and Brothers revolver.

Glad to see you are back -- I enjoy watching your videos after reading my email. Good looking Dance revolver. How is the fit & finish? I have some Pietta revolvers and a few are a bit "lack-luster" and some are good. I like your glasses are they prescription - where did you get them? Welcome back -- now you have to finish that swivel breech rifle.

It is as good as any of them these days. I always spend an hour or so de-burring and polishing a new cap & ball gun.

It shot well.

The glasses are prescription. They are antique frames that I had fitted up with my prescription lenses.

As usual Dualist your video was informative and entertaining. I had a chance once to buy a Dance revolver at a good price but passed on it and now I'm sad I did. Looks to be an accurate shooter. How far above POA did it shoot?

Only three or four inches

But, I guess that you won't be doing any 4 bore
shooting reviews in the near future.
