Just got an advertising card from Scurlock Publishing announcing the 17 July 2006 release of volume 2 of Mark Baker's book, A Pilgrim's Journey.
If you have a signed and numbered hardcover edition of the 1st volume, you can get a signed copy of the 2nd volume with a matching number if you pre-order by 7 July.
Hardcover copies are going for $70 + $10 shipping; softcover for $36 + $8 shipping.
