Pistol Identification

Hey just got this pistol. Tried doing Google image searches of the names and marking to no avail. The barrel is marked "R.S. East" and the lock is marked with "R.S. East" and "W-S NC". Some of the stamping and carvings look a tad off center so I'm thinking at least part of it is handmade. Any help on ID and year of manufacture is appreciated!!!

pretty sure the W-S stands for Winston -Salem.
Looks like the letters were done with punch stamps

That's what I was guessing as well.

It is a contemporary KY pistol likely made from the 1970s forward judgeing from the style and materials used. Likely a good shooter if the bore is clean.
