a moly grease on the arbour once in a while

I've never been a fan of moly grease...If I remember correctly The benefits of molybdenum as a lubricant don't start until you reach about 600 degrees. Your gun will never get that hot.
 
I Wondered why my cylinder always ran cool Clyde!
I guess I use it as I buy it for the farm stuff. It works as good as any other grease I have and is less gummy than red or blue in cold weather.
I did try deer tallow, but this seemed better.

This is what I do and have no problems. I do put a little Bore Butter on the arbor of my revolvers before shooting
