I Cooner I know exactly what you mean. I too would love to have just a flint and learn how to use it like no one else. But when you have those Hawkens in hand there is just something about them. And for everyone else I am referring to the close replicas of the originals, not a true Hawken. But yes, it's like you can take on anything with it! I would not be afraid to take anything on with the Big 58.
