For those of you wondering if you should bring your snow shoes to this years Southern Vermont Primitive Biathlon "please do". We have been blessed with plenty of snow over the past two days and the course looks great.

Today we installed the backstop for the Absolute Marksman shoot and it came out great. It should minimize the target movement due to any possible crosswinds.

We also have received numerous top quality prizes which can be viewed on our web site www.svtpb.org

Keep in mind, for those of you who are not into running on snowshoes, we have 4 additional shooting events that don't require endurance at all.
Hope to see you there.

Received about a foot between yesterday and today. More on the way this week.
Yeeeee Haaaaaa!

Sure have some nice prizes! If I shake this flu bug I'll try to get up there. Do you have a nearby street address to plug into a GPS?

Thanks,

Billy

Directions:
The event will be held on Skinner Hollow Farm on (Historic) Route 7A in Manchester, Vermont. The farm is located on Rt 7A (otherwise known as the Ethan Allen Highway) exactly 1.8 miles south of the Equinox Hotel.

Hope this helps.

Now thats some great info and yes we have about 8 inches with more on the way. It may turn to rain for a while but then back to snow. I am sure it will better than running on dirt.

Hello Billy,
Hope you feel well enough to make it.
If you do, please be sure to introduce yourself. It's always nice to put a face to Forum name.
My name is Brew, and as event founder, I will surely be available both days.
I am of course excited about the biathlon portion of the event but this years 5 card shoot and draw should be extra special. We plan on giving away a smoothbore for the highest hand at the end of the event. You can find out more at www.svtpb.org
Hope to see you there
