Selling my Fathers acetylene burner. Works with a single hose from a B tank or MC tank. No hose, no regulator. But if you want to melt a LOT of lead quickly this would be the way to go. Acetylene burners burn much hotter than LP. Very old, probably 1970’s vintage, but would still work great. As a kid growing up I melted a ton of lead on this furnace.My Father was a plumber and took good care of his tools. I thought someday I would get a MC tank and use it, but for what little I would use it it does not make sense. If you already have a acetylene tank and regulator this would be ideal.
