For sale is this heavy duty leather possibles bag with patch knife and sheath attached. I acquired this some years ago from a gentleman who said his grandfather made it for him back in the '70's. It's made out of pretty thick leather but I'm not a leather worker so couldn't really tell you the specifics of it; not supple but fairly stiff. The bag measures 10" in height, 9" wide and is 4" deep when pulled open as far as possible as in one of the photos; patch knife is 8 1/2" overall length and has a 4" blade. The strap for the bag is 61" in total length; looks to have some amount of adjustment in it by re-lacing the shoulder piece which I never tried doing, and of course you could punch more holes in the strap for an additional level of adjustment. As you can see from the pictures, it has an antler piece tied to the flap which inserts into the holder for securing the flap. This bag never failed to draw attention every time I wore/used it. Everyone would ask if I made it and I would have to say, No, I only wish I had the skill to make something like this!

Anyway, this is now up for sale and I'll take $150 shipped. Send me a private message if you are interested, or have questions. Thanks.

I thought $150 was a bargain for a possibles bag like this - apparently that's not the case. So how about $125 shipped? I hate to just hang this back in the closet and would much rather see someone get some use out of it.
