Potassium Permanganate

Does anyone know if Potassium Permangante is sold anywhere in small quantities? I have an antler powder measure I'd like to try it on; I can't find it in less than 1lb jugs.

I buy mine at a Yard Pool/Fish Pond store here in town. Dixie Gun Works sells some crap called OLD BONES, that is no more than watered down PP, but you can make gallons for what they sell their OLD BONES for!

WARNING!...PP or any product with PP in it will fade after a while and also slowly rubs off from handling!
