Wait for @Feltwad to chime in. He should know exactly what you have. The nozzle is marked in 1/4 increments from 2 1/4 to 3 drams. No other markings are visible such as a maker. Is this original or reproduction?
Original
The screws fixing the collar are made of steel
the spring is old
The markings are horizontally, not obliquely.
What year range do you think it was used?I don't know about yours but I have the same flask and its an original.

I have a couple of those adjustable ‘Hawksley’ adjustable flask spouts marked in drams. Believe I picked them up from TOW a while back. I know places like Veteran Arms still sells flasks with that style spout, though they currently show out of stock. https://veteranarms.com/Hawksley-Style-Powder-Flask-with-Adjustable-Measure-p254669625I don’t know much about flask, I would say original since by the time modern muzzelloading took off most makers switched to grains
