Powder Horn filling?

ive been making my version of a cap for powder cans/containers for 30 years and the great thing is the cap works as a 35 grn measure tight enough that it doesn't com off in my box loose enough that you can pull it off with two fingers

I converted all 3 of my powder horns with Finials for refilling.
