The horn measures 10 inches around the curve, 2.5 by 2.25 inches across the base. The staple in the pine base is brass. The horn is scrimshawed with a cartouche on the right side that is vacant and I would add your name in the cartouche to personalize the horn. After adding your name, I will antique the horn or leave it in the natural white, your choice. The items on the horn include floral items below the cartouche, a half moon, a compass, the big dipper, and the largest item is a Federal Eagle design. The eagle is a representation of one from an original Tansel horn, including the saying in the eagle artwork. The plug is secured with 8 wood pegs. The stopper is beech.
