Yup, it's fine. There are some that worry that the steel drum and other ferrous parts might cause ignition.

I'd think the mfgrs. are aware that sparks are bad even for smokeless, so they're probably Ok. It does seem to intrude upon the idea of traditional muzzle loading, though, but when you get into that precise target-world, people get really finicky.

I used an RCBS Chargemaster to load thousands of rounds over several years when shooting BPCRS, never a problem, accurate to 1/10th of a grain.
