Powder Valley order on hold ?

This is the first time I've ordered from them, being somewhat new to the sport. I order a few pounds a couple days ago and my order status shows "on hold". I haven't received any emails from them about my order. Should I give them a call or just give it some more time ? -Thanks

I have had an order take well over a week for it to ship. I do not know if it was "on hold" during that time or not though.

Im sure they are completely swamped with orders

Having same issue with Powder House. Nice lady said they were at least a month behind from December (this was Jan. 14th). Have sent an email and a text without response. Hoping all is well with them.

Ya, I'm in no hurry ; just thought as a first time customer I may have missed something . I know some place need a driver license copy, but I didn't see that with them.

I was on hold for about five days the other week for some black powder. They’re good people, it will be here shortly.

All's well, got about 6 emails today tell me it's been processed and been shipped with tracking number.

Ya, just figured they were really busy and get those calls all the time. Thought the people here who have ordered in the past could shed some light. And they did.
