Anyone know who makes a 3" ball?
You can make a mould any size you want. I have used styrofoam craft balls and a tin can cut in half. Put refractory cement in each half of the can, push the styrofoam ball halfway into one half, put a sheet of saran wrap over it and then push the other half on top. Heat will help to cure the cement. After curing open it up and grind out any imperfections or smear more cement with your finger to fill any voids.
