After many shots fired I have concluded that this SxS shotgun like a “square” load.
I used the 1-ounce scoop with Fffg powder (also a preference shown by patterns), a 1/8-inch over powder card, a 1/2-inch felt wad previously soaked in olive oil, 1-ounce scoop full of #5 shot tapped and packed, seven BB sized pellets just because, and a over shot card.
Patterns are consistent at 21-yards, the range I had available and where I shoot most turkeys.
Right is a little loose pattern (marked IC)
Left is very nice (marked M)
I will not hesitate to use left barrel at 25-
