Yes. You started a new thread; thus, you have to post name/date all over again.

What is redundant is that you post a new thread every time you wish to update an existing one. Hard to sell something when you keep jumping it around & changing the thread title. How would one know to go back & find the other threads to get the details about your rifle by just looking at this thread? I believe this is the fourth thread on the same rifle.

It authenticates that you have the item. Our scammer likes to take photos off the internet and tries to claim he owns the item in the image, and the items is for sale.

You can edit your ad, and to the left of the ad title you change the block from FOR SALE to SOLD. BUT some folks simply put SOLD in the comment section and I or another Mod will catch it, and do that for you.
