Since the binder component doesn't do it's job in the prime all kit I'm thinking to just les e it out of the process. The question is, which one of the four is the binder??:dunno:
 
Or just leave it in the mix and get the proper ratio of powder to cap. If you aren't getting between 15 and 20 caps per mix, imo your wasting primer material.

Just getting started on this and I see your point. Just seems like it would only serve to "water down" the strength of the cap. Probably moot since they worked very well as is.
 
It's just a binder that doesn't work well at all as a binder.
I went with acetone and duco cement at 10:1 and that works very well.
Better to over fill the cap than under as over goes bang whereas under sometimes does not.

More sometimes isn't better it's just more.
