Hey all, can ya'll post some photos of some home made priming Flasks?
And does anyone know of a man who makes priming Flasks out of copper. In doing research the past couple weeks I was lead to this forum or another and someone posted about a man named Jerry who makes priming horns out of copper. To prevent sparks... Thanks a bunch!

I have some evil p that I have to pick a kicker charge to use in my rifle gun. I got one of the 2 Oz flask from Track that’s bronze with copper top, fits right in a palm of a hand
Primming holders of some sort went out of style about 1700 and didn’t get back in style to modern times

I use a priming horn in lieu of a carrying main horn when loading with paper shot cartridges in the field, otherwise I carry a full size powder horn and prime with main charge powder.

I use 3F in the pan and the bore. But sometimes wonder if a small flask/horn would be more convenient for priming. OTH something else to carry, loose, forget.
The neat factor is there for sure when I carry one of these priming horns but to be honest, I like the convenience of the little brass push dispenser primer better. I can wear it around my neck and forget it's there. Plus, when a squirrel dodges my ball, like they do a lot of the time, it helps me shave a little time priming as he is heading to the next county
