PRIMING HORN
Not sure of what is made of other then the brass end.
It has hole in the round end and on the brass to attach a strap.
Look over pictures , please.

I have one of these that looks identical and it is a priming horn. Mine has a touch hole pick in the cap end where yours has a hole. I believe mine is made of oldus plasticus or fakus ivoryum, I don't think there is any way it is a natural material? But, works good and valve works good with 3 and 4F. Mine is solidly made and I use the heck out of it. GLWS.
