it should take a 530 rb. try a 526 rb before buying anymore molds. track of cyote has cast and
sweged balls.
 
I have had good results using .535 PRB's in several T/C rifles. On the down side it is hard to start the patched ball. The rifles shot RB's very well with a tight fit. Even with marginal bores-neglected in the past-the rifles will shoot well. Early on I used a New Englander .54 successfully in local matches. I would suggest considering a GM drop in barrel for shooting PRB's. In is not necessary to fight the ball down the bore with GM's.

I while back I got a 50 cal T/C barrel and some parts from a guy that broke his stock trying to cram a 50 cal RB down the barrel. He gave up on it and threw away the stock instead of contacting T/C and sending it back. We checked the barrel and found it was a missmarked 45 cal. We sent it in and got a new replacement @ no charge.
