Read the Kelton series, Wild Sports in the far West, Picking up the "Evolution of a State" next. I read the Lewis & Clark book by Ambrose 20+ years ago thinking I will go over it again. Any other recommended reading materials that address life in the early 19th Century? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
