I'm in NY so BP and caps are as rare as honest politicians.

We don't discuss making black powder on this forum per the rules. While your question is just about finding a die to puck the mixed product, unfortunately too many of the lads will take this thread as somehow permission to start discussion of DIY BP.

I'd suggest you view Everything Black Powder on YouTube as they have videos on BP making including pucking and must have a source for buying or making a die. They do an excellent job of comparing ingredients as well as discuss the puck, and if you haven't yet seen their content, you might as well get tips on the best ingredient sources, as well as chronograph tests of powder as well as lubes.
