Could anyone tell me where I can find blackpowder in the Cincinnati area? I've called all over and nobody seems to want to carry it anymore.

If you join the NMLRA you can buy powder at their magazine during their shoots in Friendship Indiana. That's only an hour or two drive from Cincinnati.

There's a shop in Middletown off of rt 4. I forgot the name. Look up gun/sporting goods in the yellow pages. Their little ad says Black Powder. It's a little mom and pop store. Real nice folks. I bought a couple pounds of Goex from them a couple years back for about $16 per pound.

I just got an email from TOW and they are haveing free shipping for the month of may for all orders over 100 bucks. I was wondering if this was for BP too. BP has to be bought in 25 lbs mix or match as long as it is 25lbs.
So I put the required 25lbs of BP in the cart. Then did the check out and no shipping was added to the total price. So not a bad deal since the hazmat wasn't added to the cost.

Well that depends on what powder you get. BP for longrifles is different than Cowboy action pistols and cannons. I got 3f 2 f and 4 f @ $12.88 per pound.
