I will never again buy from Middlesex trading. They have incredibly long lead times and the customer service of the DMV.

I bought a double flintlock pistol from them nearly 1 1/2 years ago and put half down. They said it would be about a year. when I asked for an update, they rudely referred me to their order status page which has had the same status for over a year for my pistol.

They import their stuff from sweatshop in India and then "fine tune" everything once received. (Interpretation, they fix what was certainty screwed up by the low paid workers in said sweatshop.)

Once I finally DO receive my pistol (some day), I will be surprised if the quality is acceptable. No matter how good it turns out, but customer service will prevent me from EVER buying from them again.

Based on my experience, I will run away from this musket on a fast horse...

I hear ya brother. All my communication with him only raised my blood pressure. It’s a nice musket though. He is overwhelmed with orders for a reason.

Ad is required to have a photograph of the item, with a card or piece of paper having your screen name and the date of the photo, adjacent to the item in the photo.

How long is the barrel, and is that .75 caliber or something smaller?

I'm glad you're happy with your musket. But Like I said, even if my double pistol ends up being perfect, I won't buy from them again. Just because of the porcupine style customer service.
