Folks,
I have a DGW brass bag mold in .54 caliber that the cavity leaves quite a bit to be desired. Is there anyone out there that could recommend someone who will cherry it out to .60 so I can use it with my trade gun?

Thanks,
Black Hand

Sir,
I already did that, but I was told that they don't carry the mold anymore. The best they would do is a "refund" if I sent it back with a letter. The mold itself is well made, but the machining left alot to be desired. The cavity is flat on the bottom and pointy at the top, more beet-shaped than spherical, it was also milled off-center and was very rough.

I have one in .395 and it throws an onion shaped ball. Not at all acceptable for serious shooting, but worked for display and casual plinking, so I never sent it back. I guess that I should have while it would have done some good.

I wonder if they still sell the hair curler moulds?
